Things are not always as they appear…
A woman was flying from Melbourne to Brisbane when her plane was unexpectedly diverted to Sydney. The flight attendant explained there would be a delay, and if the passengers wanted to get off the aircraft, it would reboard in fifty minutes. Everyone disembarked except one lady who was blind. A man walking by noticed her and realized she was blind because her seeing-eye dog lay quietly beneath the seats in front of her throughout the entire flight. He also sensed she had flown this exact route before because the pilot approached her and, calling her by name, said, “Kathy, we are in Sydney for almost an hour. Would you like to get off and stretch your legs?”
The blind lady replied, “No thanks, but maybe Max would like to stretch his legs.”
Everyone at the gate stopped and looked up when they saw the pilot walking off the plane with a seeing-eye dog! The pilot was even wearing sunglasses. People scattered, trying to change planes or switch airlines.
You see, my friend, things are not always as they seem. That's why so many people stay stuck in a rut—they let their current situation control them. Don't accept your temporary circumstances as your permanent condition. Push through what you’ve been going through!
God is faithful, and He will provide a way out for you. You can stand firm in faith and proclaim, “I’m going to get through what I’ve been going through!”
Romans 12:2 - And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
