God has a plan for each of us and one of the devil’s greatest tools to work against that is distraction. I read a statement this week that said, “pay more attention to the things that are working positively in your life than to the things that are giving you trouble.”So many times we devote the majority of our effort, time, and attention to those things that are never going to be productive in our lives. We must learn to clear our minds of things that are out of our control in order to focus on and act upon what God has for us.The words and actions of others will be one of the primary distractions that will try to hinder you. When you let yourself get distracted by the fear and doubt that others want to bring into your life, you will have a quick ear for bad news and large eyes for trouble ahead. In time, you will become a great inventor of things that will never happen.Try your best to concentrate on one thing…God’s plan for your life. Focus on His plan and don't allow the rest of the world to distract you. I love this verse: “Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee:” –Isaiah 26:3
